Whether you need an amazing therapist, a provider who believes you, someone to prescribe medication, or a local support group of peers who understand what you're going through as a new mom or parent, you're in the right place.
This website is designed as a toolkit full of information about pregnancy and postpartum mental health conditions, available to anyone who wants to learn about perinatal mental health. Our free resource brokering and peer support services are available to pregnant and postpartum people in Southeast Wisconsin and Dane County.

Moms Mental Health Initiative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people navigate perinatal mental health conditions in Southeast Wisconsin and Dane County by providing information, connecting them to resources and providing peer-driven support.
